This policy explains how Nikzen Creatives ("Nikzen", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit https://nikzencreatives.com or contact us. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

1. What we collect

• Details you give us in our enquiry form: name, WhatsApp number, email, business name, industry, website or social link, city, budget range, start time and your message.
• Usage data — only if you accept cookies: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived (for example, from an ad).
• Technical data needed to run and secure the site, such as IP address, kept in server logs for a short time.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and book your strategy call (by WhatsApp, phone or email).
• To prepare a growth plan or proposal for your business.
• To understand which pages and ads work, so we can improve them (only with your consent).
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form or accept cookies. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 6).

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business, under confidentiality obligations:

• Hosting and email: Hostinger.
• Analytics and advertising (only if you accept cookies): Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Microsoft Clarity.
• Communication: WhatsApp (Meta), when we message you.

We may also disclose data if required by law.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you click "Accept". You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will then appear again.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if you become a client and the law requires us to keep records. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Under the DPDP Act you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. 7. Security

Your data is stored on secured servers, sent over HTTPS, and accessible only to people at Nikzen who need it to serve you.

8. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
